Following the consultation, you will receive a report outlining our suggestions, helping you prepare your property independently and cost-effectively.
Once the recommended improvements have been completed, your home will be ready for professional photography and positioned to attract maximum interest from potential buyers.

This service is designed for homeowners who want to maximise the appeal of their property without investing in full home staging. By working with your existing furniture and accessories, we create a noticeable transformation that enhances the atmosphere, flow, and presentation of your home.
We begin with a pre-styling assessment and develop a tailored action plan, focusing on the areas that will have the greatest impact on potential buyers.
Our goal is to create a welcoming, spacious, and attractive environment that helps buyers immediately connect with the property.
We then spend approximately half a day restyling your home using your existing furnishings, carefully repositioning furniture, styling accessories, and refining each space to showcase its full potential. Once completed, your property will be ready for professional photography and viewings.
Following the styling session, you will receive a personalised report with additional recommendations and practical tips to help maintain the presentation throughout the sales process.
